New! 90-Day Cancellation

We are now offering refunds on unused passes up to 90 days after purchase. Buy the London Pass with confidence.

New! 90-Day Cancellation

We know that now more than ever, flexibility is key when you’re planning a trip. While our previous 30-day cancellation policy was an industry standard, we listened to our passholders and in a post-COVID-19 world, we want to give you greater security to make planning your getaways that much more enjoyable. That’s why we’ve introduced a brand new cancellation policy:

For all customers that purchase passes from September 1 2020 onwards, you can now obtain refunds on unused passes for up to 90 days after purchase. Within the first 14 days you will receive a full refund. If your request falls between day 15 and day 90, your refund will be subject to a processing fee. If your request falls outside of this 90-day window, you will not be eligible for a refund but will have two years in which to use your pass. See the Purchase Terms & Conditions for more information.

Purchases made before September 1 2020 are still eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

"As you will see in the videos I posted to YouTube under AlexErikaSanDiego the London pass was a must have. We only had 4 days in London and we did EVERYTHING. We saved HOURS and bypassed SO many lines with the London pass. I know it sounds like I'm really pushing this pass but it really helped us save money as well as time."

Well worth the money! We bought a six-day pass, including an Underground pass, and used it every day we were in London. In fact, I calculated that we would have spent more on getting into places and using the Tube, than the pass cost. The pass book, listing where it could be used, was invaluable and pointed us to places, like Benjamin Franklin's home, we wouldn't have visited otherwise. I'll get a London pass again, next time I visit!
