    Getting in

    With your confirmed Go City reservation, you do not need to visit the Ticket Hall. You can just make your way to the “Entrance” gazebo outside the London Eye to have your pass scanned and validated. Keep your email confirmation handy in case you’re asked to show that as well. Once your pass has been validated, you’ll pass through a bag and security check before you board your pod. To limit wait times, we recommend arriving in good time for your booked time slot.

    Plans changed? No problem, in the Reservations Portal you can amend your booking up to 15 minutes prior to arrival.
