When you buy The London Pass® online, you can choose instant delivery to your smartphone, have your order shipped to your home address or collect it in London.

New Instant Mobile Ticket

You can now choose to send your London Pass order straight to your smartphone (iOS and Android) to have your passes instantly at your fingertips. It’s also great option if you’re already in London and want to start using your Passes right away, as you don’t need to wait for a delivery or visit our Redemption Centre for collection. Get Your London Pass Shipped - We Ship Globally!

If you choose to have your London Pass order shipped to you, you must allow enough time between placing the order and your planned departure to London. The delivery options only provide estimated delivery times, so please keep this in mind.

The London Pass strongly advises against shipping to hotels and third parties. Any shipping to hotels or third parties are entirely at the risk of the customer and The London Pass cannot accept any liability for these packages.  We are unable to send FedEx orders to a PO Box address or to addresses in the Armed Forced, USA.

Collecting Your London Pass In London

If you choose to collect your order in London you will need to print and bring with you the London Pass voucher which is emailed to you on completion of your online order.

Directions: Take exit 1 from Leicester Square tube station onto Charing Cross Road, turn left and walk past the Wyndham’s Theatre. Walk 100 metres towards Trafalgar square, our redemption desk is the downstairs area of the ticket information booth on the right hand side opposite the Garrick theatre.

Please note that if you opt for the London Pass with travel and you choose to collect it in the UK, you must purchase a separate London Underground fare to get from Heathrow into Central London.
