West End Unlocked: Shortcuts, Secrets and Sweet Treats

Flavour, flair and delicious desserts in Soho, Chinatown and Covent Garden

  • Explore London with The London Pass®
Your London pass includes dozens of other top attractions, all for one money-saving price

What you'll do

Join the Sweet Treats of Soho tour, where your knowledgeable guide will take you around some of the sweetest spots in Soho, Chinatown, and Covent Garden.

It’s your backstage pass to the West End – discover the quirky spots that locals adore, from authentic pubs to cool cocktail bars and comedy clubs.

You’ll get two sweet treats included in the tour. The first is a surprise, tucked away in a mysterious spot, and the second features a special chocolate tasting.

The Sweet Treats of Soho tour kicks off on bustling Carnaby Street in Soho, a hub for fashion and music, where Jimi Hendrix and The Beatles played iconic live shows in “Swinging London”.

Next, you'll wander through vibrant Chinatown, hear about its cultural significance, and learn about the best dumpling houses and noodle bars in Chinatown to come back to when it’s time for dinner.

In Seven Dials, watch out for signs of magic and the wizarding world – your guide will uncover Harry Potter filming locations - often hidden in plain sight - and show you the inspiration behind Diagon Alley.

The tour's grand finale takes place in Covent Garden. You'll hear about how it became the cultural hub it is today, and sample delicious, award-winning chocolate.

Before the end of the tour, you'll get some free time to explore the heart of Covent Garden. Wander around the Apple Market boutiques or enjoy a pint at a historic pub.

Get access to your guide’s little black book of secret spots, from cool cocktail bars to David Bowie and The Rolling Stones’ favourite hangouts. The Sweet Treats of Soho tour is a curious traveller’s shortcut to wandering the West End like a true local.
