When you buy the London Pass online, you can choose to either have your order shipped to you or to collect it once you arrive in London.

Getting London Passes Shipped

If you choose to have your London Pass order shipped to you, you must allow for an appropriate amount of time between placing the order and your planned departure to London. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping times and the associated costs of shipping.

TOP TIP
The London Pass strongly advises against shipping to hotels and third parties. Any shipping to hotels or third parties are entirely at the risk of the client. The London Pass does not guarantee shipping and does not accept any liability. Mislaid or missing orders may only be reissued with additional payment.

Please be aware during December shipping may take longer than usual. To beat the Christmas rush, make sure you buy early on December.

Collecting The London Pass In London

If you choose to collect your order in London you will need to print and bring with you the London Pass voucher which is emailed to you on completion of your online order.

Directions: Take exit 1 from Leicester Square tube station onto Charing Cross Road, turn left and walk past the Wyndham’s Theatre. Walk 100 metres towards Trafalgar square, our redemption desk is the downstairs area of the ticket information booth on the right hand side opposite the Garrick theatre.

Please note that if you opt for the London Pass with travel and you choose to collect it in the UK, you must purchase a separate London Underground fare to get from Heathrow into Central London.
