Watch silent cinema for things to do in London
Published: Thursday 9th of September 2010
Champions of the head-set movement will be hosting a silent cinema event in London, in line with recent silent raves and other dance parties that have been witnessed by the city.
A show which is high in its eco-friendly factor, it is designed to cut noises without sacrificing the viewer experience of the watching public.
To add to this, visitors will be enjoying the movie in specially designed arena, seated on chairs made of recycled wood and cushions stitched together by the innovative recycling project, the Crafty Bitches.
People can choose from a wide variety of films, which include titles such as Heathers, Withnail & I, An American Werewolf In London, 28 Days Later, Shaun Of The Dead, The Breakfast Club and Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
Art enthusiasts can also head to Walthamstow to enjoy some great local art on the E17 Art Trail.
