London attractions: Hendrick's Horseless Carriage
Published: Wednesday 13th of October 2010
Climb aboard Hendrick's Horseless Carriage of Curiosities for things to do in London.
Help yourself to a free gin and tonic and take part in spinning a yarn on board the 19th century rail carriage that is packed with interesting tools and machines from yester years.
Visitors will also be able to pick up tips from the experts at hand as Hendrick's ambassadors Xavier Padovani and Louis Lewis-Smith host a gin masterclass.
To add to this, nine guests can take advantage of an exquisite meal that will pair the brilliant cocktails served with a delicious dinner prepared by Bompas and Parr.
Bartenders from across the city will also be taking part in a croquet championship to try and have their sporting talent recognised on top of their drink-mixing skills. While participation is through invitation only, passers-by are more than welcome watch the progress of the tournament.
Visitors can add to their experience in London by making a trip to the Royal Albert Hall to catch the legendary Cliff Richard live in action.
