London attractions: Bloomsbury Festival

Published: Tuesday 19th of October 2010

Visitors planning their trips to London attractions such as the HMS Belfast could enrich their experience in the capital further with a visit to the Bloomsbury Festival.

It offers something for everyone and is sure to entertain visitors regardless of their ages or interests.

The event is packed with workshops, live gigs, talks, guided tours, dance sessions and much more.

A video installation by Bobby Williams will be gracing this year's festival as it is inspired by the stories and characters that have passed through the artist's residence.

Young people's perceptions and ideas about their bodies are explored through an outdoor photographic exhibition.

Visitors are also encouraged to undertake a sensory exploration of Stephanie Johns' environmental installation at the festival.

The event also poses a unique opportunity for tourists as well as Londoners to find out more about Bloomsbury through installations that offer unknown insights and facts about the area.
