London attractions 'great for Father's Day'
Published: Friday 12th of June 2009
Spending time visiting London attractions on Father's Day is a great gift for deserving dads, the city's tourism body states.
Whether he wants to take in a West End show or travel back in time at one of many London historic buildings, children will be able to find the perfect day out for their dad in the capital, suggests Visit London.
Among the London events highlighted are the Living History Weekend, which takes place on June 20th and 21st and the Exhibition Road Music Day in South Kensington on June 21st.
These London attractions, and the many more on offer, will give the whole family a chance to get involved in a range of activities.
For football fanatics, a tour of Chelsea Football Club or Wembley Stadium could be just the ticket, while dads who enjoy a good meal might prefer the Taste of London event in Regent's Park which runs from June 18th to 21st.
Dads - and mums - in London can use a London Pass to get free entry to a range of attractions, museums and historic buildings.
