Five-star London hotel to get top restaurant

Published: Saturday 2nd of May 2009

The Landmark London Hotel in Marylebone is gearing up for its latest addition - a top quality restaurant.

Formerly known as Cellars Restaurant, the eatery will be replaced with Twotwentytwo on May 5th and is said to be the height of sophisticated dining.

It will combine both the modern and the eclectic, with diners promised a unique experience against the backdrop of designs from the likes of Andrew Martin and Harlequin Harris.

Double-sided banquet seating will be the focal point of the dining room, with the fittings custom-made for the restaurant.

Gary Klaner, the executive chef, has put together a modern European menu to be served in the new restaurant and will include the likes of beef carpaccio with rocket and seafood risotto.

Whether or not they are staying in a five-star hotel, visitors to London can take advantage of the London Pass to gain free entry to top attractions.
