Over the duration of the festival, which runs from October 12th to 27th, visitors will have the chance to see a wide range of top films at the cinema, from well-loved classics like Amelie to new releases like We Need to Talk About Kevin.
On October 20th, visitors will have the chance to see director Lynne Ramsay at a special preview screening of We Need to Talk About Kevin, where she will talk about working with Tilda Swinton.
Meanwhile, documentary fans can see POM Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold, the latest effort from Super Size Me creator Morgan Spurlock, at the Curzon Mayfair from October 14th.
The BFI London Film Festival features events all over the city, with venues including the BFI Southbank, Cine Lumiere, Empire Leicester Square and Queen Elizabeth Hall.
