Spandau Ballet to make comeback

Published: Thursday 26th of March 2009

Top 80s pop group Spandau Ballet have announced they are to reform, with a world tour in the pipeline.

Beginning in Dublin on October 13th, the band will kick things off with eight dates across the UK and Ireland, with tickets going on sale later this month.

All five members of the group greeted the press on board HMS Belfast, the location where things began for them back in the 80s.

Speaking of a well-documented court case between members of the group, lead singer Tony Hadley said: "We could never get on stage together if things were still bad between us.

"There's no bad feeling, it feels like we've come home."

Visitors to London can see the venue for this nostalgic reunion for themselves with the London Pass.

They can hop on board HMS Belfast, saving £10.30 on the usual price of an adult ticket.
