London gig reunites Libertines
Published: Monday 18th of May 2009
The Libertines temporarily reunited for a gig in London last weekend.
Three members of the band turned up for the concert at the London Rhythm Factory - an intimate venue which doubles-up as a cafe during the day.
Pete Doherty, Carl Barat and Gary Powell made the appearance, which was a tribute to the late Johnny Sedassy who used to arrange gigs for the band.
They played a total of seven songs, including What Katy Did, Can't Stand Me Now and What a Waster.
Music fans heading to London will find themselves spoilt for choice with the London Pass.
The all new London Legends Walking Tour gives an insight into some of the most iconic incidents in the city, including where The Beatles were threatened with arrest and Jimi Hendrix played for the last time.
What's more, the London Pass saves £7 on the price of both and adult and children's ticket.
