Lily gears up for secret London gig
Published: Tuesday 5th of May 2009
Lily Allen has been named as the next act to perform one of MySpace's secret gigs.
The concert will take place on May 11th, with the location so far undisclosed to eager fans.
"To give it an extra layer of excitement I'm asking fans to dress as London Tube stations - but they won't know exactly where I'll be performing until the day," the singer revealed.
She added that the secret gigs performed in both New York and Tokyo were "totally amazing" and expects a repeat performance from the crowd on home soil.
Dom Cook, head of entertainment at MySpace UK, said the gig is anticipated to be one of the most popular so far, with the series being about bringing fans closer to the artists they love.
