Jacko 'angry' at size of London residency
Published: Tuesday 2nd of June 2009
Michael Jackson is said to be angry at concert promoters for the length of his residency at the O2 Arena in London.
He told fans outside his LA dance studio that he only intended to do a few shows at the venue, the Sun reported, although his promoters insisted on a residency.
"I'm really angry with them booking me up to do 50 shows. I only wanted to do ten, and take the tour around the world to other cities, not 50 in one place," he allegedly told the crowd.
The paper also revealed how the King of Pop is concerned that he might not be well enough to cope with the 50 dates, which were apparently sprung on him one morning.
