Published: Friday 26th of March 2010
A gathering of stars from the world of classical music are set to put on a memorable show at one of the most iconic London attractions to raise funds for the Haiti earthquake appeal.
Aled Jones and GMTV's Emma Crosby will host the evening, which takes place for one night only at the Royal Albert Hall on April 3rd.
The all-star bill also features the likes of Paul Potts, Brighton Festival Chorus, Amy Dickson, Natasha Marsh, Jennifer Pike and Rhydian.
Audience members will be treated to "a truly unforgettable and unique concert", reports the Royal Albert Hall website, with all proceeds going to SOS Children's appeal for the orphans of Haiti.
The City of London Sinfonia will be the orchestra for the evening, conducted by Carl Davis.
Meanwhile, a new series of Sunday morning concerts is set to be launched in April at the Royal Albert Hall, as part of a collaboration with the venue's neighbours at the Royal College of Music.
