Top tips for visiting Hampton Court Palace this summer

Visitors to England's capital this summer have been offered tips on the best things to see and do when visiting Hampton Court Palace this summer.

As there is so much to draw the eye upon arrival at Hampton Court Palace, the venue has provided a top ten list to help narrow down the unmissable highlights that every person visiting London should check out.

Number one on the list is Henry VIII's Great Hall, one of the most stunning medieval halls in Britain, not to mention one of its oldest theatres, home to William Shakespeare's theatre company in 1603-4.

Other key rooms to visit include the Chapel Royal in Hampton Court Palace, which after 450 years still holds regular religious services.

Costumed tour guides are also available around Hampton Court Palace.

For those who like to get into the great outdoors why not stroll through the 60 plus acres of garden around the venue, remembering to test your navigation skills in the world famous maze.
