Workers 'need time for a holiday'

People are less inclined to take holidays, despite the fact they can do them good, it is claimed.
Jonathan Cudworth, head of product marketing at Expedia.co.uk, says some people choose not to take their whole holiday allowance, regardless of the benefits a holiday can bring.
"People feel they need to stay in touch with the office while away and it's becoming the norm to check your Blackberry or mobile phone whilst on holiday," he reveals.
It is more important than ever to take some time out, Mr Cudworth continues, with spending time with friends and family equally as vital.
One way of spending quality time with loved ones is through a trip to London, which can be made much cheaper with the London Pass.
Among the top London attractions it gives free entry to is Hampton Court Palace, saving a family £13.30 per adult and £6.65 per child.
