Published: Wednesday 16th of June 2010

Visitors making their way to London attractions like the Churchill Museum and Cabinet War Rooms or simply enjoying the day out with City Cruises can attend the Tottenham Carnival over the weekend.

This year's parade kicks off from Eade Road at 11:00 BST on Saturday (June 19th) and will make its way down to the Bruce Castle Park for the final festival celebrations.

The carnival is packed with events with something to cater to the tastes and preferences of all visitors.

People attending the carnival can enjoy themselves at the funfair or shake a leg to boombox beats. Youngsters can entertain themselves in the youth zone or the Spur Zone launched by the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

Provisions have been put in place to make the festival activities accessible and inclusive, promising all Londoners an exciting cultural experience.

Visitors might also add the Taste of London 2010 restaurant festival to their list of things to do in the capital, which will see 40 city eateries come together to offer foodies a gourmet experience.
