Snappers win prizes at London Wetland Centre
Published: Friday 22nd of August 2008
Visitors to top London attractions should make it their priority to visit the London Wetland Centre before Monday September 8th 2008 for the chance of winning a top of the range piece of Nikon equipment.
Those taking in the sights of the nature reserve will have the opportunity to get their hands on a Nikon D60 digital SLR camera or another piece of Nikon equipment, when they snap some amazing shots of wildlife at the London Wetland Centre this summer with their own camera.
The categories for entrants are for Photo of the Year, Junior Photo of the Year and Digiscoping Photo of the Year.
"Summer is an ideal time to capture the beauty of wetland wildlife. The weather may not be the best but there is always plenty of subject matter at WWT centres, from exotic birds ... to the ... species on our wild reserves," London Wetland Centre notes.
As well as a Nikon D60 Digital SLR, a Coolpix P5100 digital camera, a Fieldscope ED 82mm and a pair of Nikon 8x25 Travelite EX binoculars are up for grabs.
