Enjoy outdoor movie screenings for things to do in London
Published: Tuesday 14th of September 2010
Starting tomorrow (September 15th) and running until October 1st, The Scoop will be screening a set of popular films for free.
The viewings promise an evening of pure entertainment minus the hassle of booking and purchasing tickets beforehand.
Visitors can simply turn up at the venue and make themselves comfortable in a seat of their choice at the open-air amphitheatre by the Thames.
On offer is a wide variety of films, including comedies like Up in the Air or the critically acclaimed The Kite Runner. Classics like Pretty Woman and Dirty Dancing will also be screened alongside this year's Oscar-winner The Hurt Locker.
Other movies on offer are North by Northwest, Invictus, Up, The Bourne Ultimatum and Catering.
Visitors can also stop over at Flow: the Free Word Festival to enjoy a spot of book readings or a poetry workshop.
