Chelsea FC to host wine event

Visitors to London are invited to join in English Wine Week, with one event in particular on hand to showcase the best of the country's tipple.
Set to be held at Chelsea Football Club on April 23rd, St George's Tasting Day will give people an insight into English wines, with some tasters also available.
"Key producers [will be] showing their latest releases and commercially available wines alongside quality smaller volume producers from the regions to illustrate the range and diversity now available," organisers reveal.
Last year is said to have been brilliant for English sparkling wines, although visitors to London will have to wait another two or three years to try these out.
English Wine Week will take place between May 23rd and 31st, so visitors had better put the dates in their diaries.
People heading to London for the tasting event should make the most of the London Pass, which will also allow them to explore Chelsea FC for themselves.
