Watch Fantastic Mr Fox for things to do in London
Published: Saturday 23rd of October 2010
Road Dahl's Fantastic Mr Fox is being revisited and celebrated at the Little Angel Theatre.
The classic story has been adapted by Sarah Woods and will be enacted with rod puppets much to the delight of young ones.
Peter O'Rourke has constructed an innovative multi-level stage of the production that follows the many challenges and achievements of Mr Fox.
Lively songs and music composed by Ben Glasstone add to the delicate world of wilderness created on-stage.
The execution is marvellous and entertaining as the story traces the war of wits as one animal's fight for survival is threatened by three conniving famers.
Parents could also head to Brent to treat kids with a fireworks show in celebration of the Indian festival of light – Diwali.
