London's 'electric' dream

Tourists visiting the UK in the future could take their trips to London attractions via electric car, under new plans outlined by the capital's mayor.
Mayor of London Boris Johnson has pledged to make London the electric car capital of Europe by getting at least 100,000 electric vehicles onto roads.
Speaking to mayors from around the world at the C40 Climate Change Summit in Seoul, he encouraged other cities to follow suit.
The mayor also outlined how authorities will go about delivering the pledge, which could see tourists taxiing to Hampton Court Palace in an electric car very soon.
Mr Johnson said: "The move to electric vehicles, which emit zero pollution on to our city streets, will have a massive impact on cutting carbon emissions to curb climate change whilst improving air quality."
He also pledged "to share the London template in order to help stimulate a global market for electric vehicles".
The announcement came as the mayor issued a Statement of Intent explaining how his Transport Strategy will be delivered over the coming months.
London Pass holders can receive free entry to Hampton Court Palace.
