Enjoy a different view of London with Jason's Canal Boat Trips

Published: Saturday 31st of May 2008

Spring is the air and what better way to view top London attractions from a different perspective than taking to the city's waterways?

In addition to experiencing London from the River Thames, visitors to the capital might also consider a trip on the majestic Regent's Canal.

Since 1951, Jason's Canal Boat Trips have been offering canal cruises to Camden on what is possibly the world's oldest narrowboat.

The tours run until November 2nd and operate between Jason's Wharf in Little Venice and Cafe Crema in Camden.

Leele O'Dea, a British Waterways ecologist said: "The next few weeks will see a baby boom on the waterways, with chicks, ducklings and cygnets all making an appearance."

British Waterways advises those who are intent on exploring London's waterways to be mindful of nesting birds and ducklings.

London Pass card holders enjoy a Jason's Canal Boat Trips for free and also receive admission to the London Canal Museum in King's Cross.
