Sex and the City stars feature among top London attractions
Published: Sunday 18th of May 2008
The stars of hit TV show Sex and the City were among the top attractions in London as they attended the premiere of their new film.
Sarah Jessica Parker, who plays Carrie Bradshaw in the much-adulated show, denied there was a rift with her co-stars.
Reports surfaced recently that relations between the 43-year-old actress and Kim Catrall - who was born in Widnes near Liverpool - were not cordial, due largely to the different sums of money being paid to both actresses.
Ms Parker told BBC One's Friday Night With Jonathon Ross that she would not have wanted to work with anyone else.
"We are family, there would be no reason to do it otherwise," she said, adding: "I'm so proud of the work the other ladies have done, I think they're marvellous."
The Sex and the City movie had its London premiere at Leicester Square, a top attraction for visitors and native residents alike due to the plethora of cinemas, bars and restaurants in the area.
