Published: Wednesday 28th of April 2010

Handel House Museum could be one of the busiest London attractions over the coming months, as it has a packed spring diary of events.

On May 6th from 18:30 BST, the museum is hosting a mixed programme of music by Handel along with arrangements of works by Russian composer Sergey Vasilenko.

Then on May 11th at the same time, Andreas Skouras will be performing Couperin, Bach and Strauss as part of a special performance.

Other live music highlights at the museum will be a concert celebrating the harpsichord on May 20th, an afternoon of Handel and Bach on May 23rd and then, on June 3rd, the celebrated trio Arcadia Revived will perform a programme of Italian cantatas by Handel, Steffani, Scarlatti and Monteverdi.

Handel House Museum is situated on Brook Street in the upmarket London district of Mayfair, with handy transport links to the rest of the capital and beyond.

Bond Street and Oxford Circus Underground stations are both close by, while the nearest mainline railway stations are Victoria and Marylebone.
