Give the World Rugby Museum a try
Published: Tuesday 20th of January 2009
The upcoming RBS 6 Nations tournament is the perfect reason to visit the World Rugby Museum in London.
Effectively a European championship, the event pits England, France, Italy, Ireland, Scotland and Wales against each other in a league format.
However, visitors to the city who want to know about the sport should visit the London museum, located at Twickenham, the stadium where England play.
As well as finding out everything there is to know about the history of the game, the museum will be adding six new members to its wall of legends, which was begun in 2005.
Players will be added following 6 Nations fixtures, which run through February and March.
The museum is also currently displaying an exhibit about the first Australian team to tour the northern hemisphere, entitled 'The First Wallabies, Tourists and Olympians', which runs until April 24th.
London Pass holders can gain free admission to the World Rugby Museum, saving themselves up to £10.
