Published: Sunday 22nd of June 2008

The Big Brother reality TV concept is one that has spread around the world and now visitors to the Museum in Docklands can see a previous contestant on the UK version back in his day job.

Jonty Stern was a contestant on Big Brother in the summer of 2007.

A passionate vegetarian and collector of teddy dears, Jonty also established a Dr Who Society while at university.

His passion for history brought him to the Museum in Docklands where he retells the story of London's docks from Roman times, through the Second World War and up until the modern day.

Jonty also speaks fluently in French, German, Yiddish, Hebrew, Albanian and Cornish.

London Pass holders can receive free entry to the Museum in Docklands. Guided tours of the museum are available on Wednesday at 10.30am [BST].

Currently in its ninth season, Big Brother is currently a major part of Channel 4's programme schedule.
