Windsor Castle celebrates Charles' 60th

Published: Sunday 1st of February 2009

We all know how embarrassing it is when family and friends take out childhood photos to show people when it's your birthday - but imagine having a whole exhibition devoted to them.

That's what's happened to HRH the Prince of Wales, who is the subject of a show at Windsor Castle, which celebrates his 60th birthday.

This exhibition has been running since May last year and finishes on February 22nd - so there is still time to attend for anyone who has not yet been.

The photos have been taken from the Royal Collection and show some of the best and most poignant photos from Charles' life, and highlight his passions and interests in life.

Additionally, a number of watercolours painted by the prince himself will be on display.

London Pass holders can get free admission to Windsor Castle and enjoy the many treasures this fascinating London attraction has to offer.
