If you are a sports fan who is on the hunt for exciting things to do in London, then there are plenty of events taking place all over the capital this summer.
The excitement of last year's Olympic Games has helped to raise the profile of some of the UK's biggest and most-loved sports stars, and this year will provide even more tournaments for people to enjoy over the warmer months.
We've listed the top five events for you to get your teeth into over the summer.
Wimbledon stadium is one the most well-known in the UK, because of the famous tennis matches and sporting tournaments that it has played host to.
The Wimbledon 2013 tournament was one of the biggest in the UK which has seen one of Britain's most cherished stars, Andy Murray take centre-stage after winning the games this year.
The games have been immensely popular, and has attracted visitors from all over the world.
Starting from the 10th of this month, the Ashes cricket series will get underway and will continue until August 25th.
England will go head to head against Australia, in a series of five test matches at matches played at Trent Bridge, Lord's, Old Trafford, Riverside Ground and The Oval.
London 2012 Anniversary Games
If you couldn't quite get enough of the Olympics, then be sure to take a trip to the Olympic Stadium to visit the anniversary games.
Normally held in Crystal Palace, this athletic tournament is sponsored by Sainsbury's and will take place from July 26th-28th, which is the anniversary of the opening weekend of the 2012 Olympics.
But why should others have all the fun? If you fancy taking part in some summer sporting activities, then the Prudential RideLondon event includes a series of cycle rides taking place across the capital between August 3rd and 4th.
It starts off with the RideLondon Freecycle, where the whole family can enjoy an eight-mile mass participation ride on closed roads across the city, and finishes with the RideLondon festival held in Green Park and St Paul's Churchyard on August 3rd and 4th.
There is also a RideLondon Grand Prix on August 3rd with famous faces such as Laura Trott are expected to join the show.
England vs Moldova
Last but not least, for football fans, the England vs Moldova game will help to round off a summer of sporting fun on September 6th.
The game will take place at Wembley Stadium, which is the national stadium of the England football team.
But in the periods when the games are not taking place, why not take a Wembley Stadium tour to relive some of the greatest sporting moments in history?
Tours last around 75 minutes each and are held on the days when no sporting matches are taking place.
