Things to do in London: Botanical beauty is at the heart of Kew Gardens

With the flowers coming out to bloom and the spring getting underway, now is a really good time to visit this botanical beauty.
Highlights of the attraction include guided tours of the park, leaving at 11am and 2pm daily, plus galleries where visitors can view photos and art pieces, as well as woodland walks.
Kew is also famous for being a centre of scientific achievement when it comes to researching plants and conservation.It holds a number of talks and short courses throughout the year.
Recently 60 new young trees were planted in their Arboretum as part of their annual effort to replace old trees which have been lost.
Visitors to this attraction will also get a chance to see the historic Temperate House, which is one of Kew Garden's most important heritage buildings.
