Kew Gardens is always stunning at the turning of the seasons and no doubt many people seeking things to do in London will visit as winter transforms into spring.

From Saturday February 9th until Sunday March 3rd, people can enjoy a vibrant burst of colour with a dazzling orchid display which is guaranteed to brighten up the winter season.

The exhibition is housed in the Princess of Wales Conservatory, which will be transformed into an intense blanket of colour.

Why not pay a visit to this striking display on Valentine's Day? No doubt it would provide the ideal backdrop for a romantic stroll.

There are plenty of other things to do at Kew during the winter too, from climbing to the top of the treetop walkway and enjoying the fantastic views across the gardens, to enjoying the colours and textures of the gorgeous winter bark.
