London attractions: Visit some of the world’s most magnificent creatures at London Zoo
Published: Monday 11th of March 2013
Founded in 1876, the zoo is home to almost every species you can think of, and aims to boost preservation of animals and their habitats.
So if you want to see some of Africa’s most unusual animals, including giraffes, hunting dogs and zebras, London Zoo has them all.
One of the newest exhibitions to be introduced this year includes a multi-sensory Tiger Territory where guests can learn more about these beautiful and regal creatures.
Or perhaps you are on the look-out for something more exotic? In that case, why not take a trip to the rainforest... in the zoo, which contains a variety of species such as marmosets, tamarins and sloths.
But not only do visitors get a chance to see all the weird and wonderful creatures from across the world, they will also have a chance to access the library contained within the zoo, where guests can learn about some of the creatures that live within the attraction.
