London attractions: Visit Kensington Palace for a fun, family day out
Published: Monday 18th of March 2013
Kensington Palace is truly one of the most unique of London attractions. This special building has been shaped by some of the most influential Royal women in history including Princess Diana, Queen Mary and Victoria.
This attraction is second only to Buckingham Palace and is every bit as majestic in its splendor.
Visitors to the palace can go on a number of tours and get a chance to learn about the history of the building and some of the other buildings associated with the palace.
So if you fancy a trip down to Kensington, you might want to explore the King and Queen’s state apartments, live performances, and some of the stunning gardens which surround the palace.
Regular activities are held at the Kensington Palace including ones which all the family can get involved in.
The attraction was formerly closed for renovations, but is now bigger and better than ever before following a £12 million refurbishment project.
