Published: Monday 24th of December 2012
The Tower’s Yeoman Warders are to lead exclusive tours of the Tower, entertaining visitors with the gruesome anecdotes and chilling sights the tower has to offer.
Spooky by day, the Tower is even more so by night as visitors take in world famous sights including Traitor’s Gate, the Scaffold Site and the Bloody Tower.
Fascinating stories of prisoners and past residents of the tower will be told, as well as royal gossip and ancient secrets held within the 1,000-year-old walls.
For a very different experience at the Tower, why not head to its enchanting ice rink?
Open until January 6th, skaters can glide around the rink to a stunning backdrop – just make sure you book in advance.
