London attractions: Say hallo to All Hallows Church in London
Published: Thursday 25th of April 2013
If you are interested in discovering more about British history, then why not take a special trip down to All Hallows Church, which is one of the oldest of all the London attractions.
The church was built in 675 AD and it holds a number of activities for visitors to get involved in throughout the year.
It has often been described as a place of solace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of London life, and it is a place where visitors can say a quiet prayer for their loved ones.
Recently, they held an official London Marathon Thanksgiving Service on April 20th to celebrate the sport, and they also provided a space for people to pray for the victims of the Boston bombings.
Some of the events held at the church include a Wee Sing session where guests can have a go at singing their favourite hymn, and are then invited to go for an inexpensive meal with the facilitators afterwards.
They also hold interactive Arts in Education events for the younger visitors, as well as organ recitals.
