London attractions: Join King Henry VIII at the Medieval Banquet

Hungry? Then come along to the Medieval Banquet, which is undoubtedly one of the most perfect ways to finish up a sightseeing tour of London attractions.
It's not often that you get a chance to wine and dine with Henry VIII and his court of knights and magicians during a four-course feast, which takes you right back to the 12th century and beyond.
Prepare to be entertained by singing maidens as they dish out bread and wine while you sit back and enjoy the show that unfolds before you.
The whole atmosphere is brought alive by rich, medieval music from between the 12th and 16th centuries, while various plays and reenactments unfold before your eyes.
Situated in the picturesque area of St Katherine's Dock, just beside the River Thames, the attraction gives guests the chance to dance, sing, bang your hands on the table and call for your wench to bring you more food.
And if you really want to look the part, there are even costumes for hire, to help you get into the spirit of the event.
