The Rolling Stones - one of Britain's most famous exports - have hit the headlines lately thanks to a mind blowing reunion gig, and fans who want to learn more about the rockers should pay a visit to the British Music Experience for things to do in London.

Rip This Joint: The Rolling Stones 1972 Photographs by Jim Marshall exhibition allows visitors to get a glimpse behind the scenes of the band's tour in the early seventies.

It displays a series of legendary portraits by the photographer Jim Marshall, who was given unprecedented access to the band during their tour.

Visitors to the exhibition, which is running from November 12th until February 3rd, will be able to view glimpses of backstage parties and iconic images from the stage.

The wild rockers made waves on their 1972 tour, which was notorious for its wild parties and groupies, not to mention the media circus that surrounded it.
