London attractions: Choose between The Bird and The Dark Knight Rises at the Curzon Renoir

Published: Sunday 19th of August 2012

People looking for relaxing things to do in London could opt for a trip to the Curzon Renoir Cinema, which is currently running a number of interesting and exciting films.

The Bird, directed by Yves Caumon, is a heartfelt drama following the plight of Anna, a woman who appears very much aloof from the rest of the world.

Her encounters with other people are perfunctory, and she very much keeps herself to herself.

However, more people start to infringe on her life, and as this happens she is revealed as a tortured soul.

Those looking for more of a blockbuster could opt for the fantastic The Dark Knight Rises - the third instalment in Christopher Nolan's emphatic reimaging of the Batman saga.

Christian Bale returns as the Dark Knight, while Tom Hardy stars as Bane - Batman's most terrifying nemesis to date. Anne Hathaway also takes a breathtaking turn as Catwoman in the film, which is set eight years after the death of Harvey Dent in the previous film.

Save time and money sightseeing in London with cheap entry to top attractions in London.
