London attractions: Celebrate The Jam at the British Music Experience
Published: Wednesday 6th of February 2013
From the Rolling Stones to One Direction, and Black Sabbath to the Spice Girls, the UK is known for its fantastic musical heritage, and people looking for things to do in London can explore this at the British Music Experience.
'Didn't We Have A Nice Time - A Retrospective on The Jam' is showing from May to September this year.
This exhibition marks the 40th anniversary of the formation of The Jam - the band that defined a generation - and is set to cover everything from the mod revival and fan devotion to merchandising and artistic legacy.
There will also be a whole host of master classes, panel events and intimate gigs on offer.
According to the museum: "With the incredible influence that The Jam still has on pop culture, no music fan will want to miss this exclusive celebration of one of the most iconically British bands."
