London attractions: Brighten up winter with Kew Gardens' orchid display

With Britain being in the grip of miserable winter weather, people are unlikely have spent that much time in the great outdoors, so why not get back to nature at Kew Gardens - one of the most stunning London attractions?
From Saturday February 9th until Sunday March 3rd, visitors to the Gardens can enjoy a vibrant burst of colour as it hosts a dazzling orchid display to banish the winter blues.
The Princess of Wales Conservatory will be transformed into a breathtaking sea of glorious flowers of the event.
According to the Gardens, the exhibition is a "celebration of the colour, drama and beauty associated with this extraordinary and diverse group of plants."
This is the ideal event with which to surprise your other half on Valentine's Day. Why not take a romantic stroll around the stunning floral display before indulging in a mouth-watering meal in Kew's Orangery restaurant?
