People looking for things to do in London this autumn could head to Chelsea Physic Garden to enjoy the flush of delightful red, orange and golden foliage.

Autumn is a wonderful time to visit the garden, and until October 31st, visitors can peruse the exhibition Pertaining to Things Natural - a major outdoor sculpture display.

According to the garden, the exhibition presents "monumental sculptural works, ephemeral land art projects and delicate interventions by over twenty leading artists".

Visitors strolling around the site will observe work installed in greenhouses, the cafe, the entrance lobby, the composting area, and in the garden.

The exhibition is essentially the response of contemporary artists to environmental issues as well as to the history of the garden itself.

People who want to learn how to make their own compost should visit the garden on September 26th or November 14th, when it is holding Compost Clinics entitled 'Black Gold'.
