Enjoy the High Line Symposium at the Garden Museum

People seeking things to do in London could opt for a trip to the Garden Museum, to see an intriguing new exhibition called the High Line Symposium.

Between Friday October 5th and Monday 8th, the creators of New York City's famous High Line will share the story of how they transformed an desolate inner city site into a major tourist attraction.

In their first appearance outside the US, they will be giving a number of talks based around the High Line and raising money for the project.

The Plant Seekers is another exhibition the centre is putting on, with this running until Sunday October 21st.

It tells the stories of some of history's best plant-hunting adventurers, who travelled the globe and overcame life-threatening situations in order to change the way people see landscapes and increase knowledge about plants and horticulture.
