The Eureka Chelsea Garden offers things to do at Kew this summer

Published: Tuesday 9th of August 2011

The Times Eureka Chelsea Garden is on display at Kew Gardens throughout the summer, for visitors taking a London sightseeing tour around the famous botanical grounds.

All elements of the original design at Victoria Gate are present in this rebuilt version, with the exception of the still water features and boundary hedges.

Kew visitors will be able to walk through the show garden, against the backdrop of the Unesco World Heritage Site landscape which features a multitude of other rare plants.

Visitors can do further exploring in the Kew Garden's glasshouses, including the Bonsai House, Davies Alpine House and Evolution House, which was donated by the Australian government to showcase flora native to the southern continent.

Meanwhile, the Princess of Wales Conservatory features ten climatic recreations that enable weird and wonderful plants of all kinds to be displayed for the benefits of guests.
