How to order a London Pass at the last minute

You can get the London Pass and London Pass with Travel from our website thanks to our free of charge collection option when you’re in London.

How the collection option works?

The process is very simple and hassle free. Once you have placed your order through the website we will email a collection voucher for you to print out and bring to one of our pick up locations. It’s really that easy!

No access to the printer?

No problem. Simply write the 8-digit reference number e.g. “LPXXXXXX”, show this at our redemption desk along with your photo ID and we will issue your Passes. It will only take a few minutes to verify the order.
Please Note: Collection option is free of charge and your Passes are only activated the first time you use them, not when you collect them.
