What to do in London: Visit the Hammer FestivalAfter a day of spooky sightseeing at the London Bridge Experience and the Tower of London, visit the Hammer Festival to watch iconic horror films.
The two-week festival, which started today (October 28th), celebrates the legacy of the independent British film house, Hammer Films and features an exclusive free exhibition curated by Hammer expert Marcus Hearn.
The exhibition includes original posters and prints from classic Hammer films and previously unseen photos, prints and artwork, including upcoming Hammer films.
Titan Books' Hammer Glamour will also be launched during the festival and visitors will be able to see exclusive video interviews and screenings.
The festival is taking place at the Idea Generating Gallery near Shoreditch High Street, a short tube journey away from many top London attractions.
The nearest tube stop is Old Street, which is only three stops on the Northern Line from London Bridge Station and the London Bridge Experience, voted the UK's best year-round scary attraction.
