London card holders can see butterflies at ZSL London ZooVisitors - who may be London travel card holders - to ZSL London Zoo can get butterflies in their tummy over an exhibition being shown as part of National Insect Week.
Featuring a collection of beautiful photographs, the exhibition allows visitors to benefit from an impressive photographic technique that allows the capture and enlargement of elaborate details of butterflies that are otherwise impossible to see.
The zoo contains examples of approximately 250 different butterflies.
Rakha Singh, photographer, said: "For the first time people can see these intriguing insects on a large scale, which I thought was particularly important in generating awareness of butterflies and their survival."
"I wanted to demonstrate, through art, the amazing colours and patterns of these beautiful insects."
The exhibition has been open to visitors since Monday June 23rd and National Insect Week runs until June 29th.
London Pass holders can receive free entry to ZSL London Zoo.
