London Wetland Centre: A fun and educational day outPeople looking for something fun yet educational to do with their children this weekend should consider a trip to London Wetland Centre, where a whole host of activities are to take place.
This Saturday (February 6th), the London attraction is offering a full day of activities, including arts and crafts and pond dipping in the centre's Pond Zone.
Kids can also learn more about what animals eat at the Pellet and Poo Show, which examines what is left behind by the creatures.
Thanks to sponsorship from The City Bridge Trust, there will also be the opportunity to create a bird feeder in the Bird Cafe,
The following day (February 7th), those interested in birds can attend an event at the London Wetland Centre titled Introduction to Bird Watching.
It will help visitors to identify different birds and to understand more about their behaviour.
The London Wetland Centre is located in south-west London and can be accessed by boat, bus, rail and the London Underground.
