London Pass short-listed for tourism award

The London Pass – which enables visitors to gain entry into a number of top attractions - has been short-listed for a prestigious tourism award.

Widely-recognised as en effective way for visitors to save money, the pass has been short-listed in the category of Best Tourism Experience.

Taking place at the Royal Albert Hall on November 28th, the awards recognise those who contribute to making London one of the most popular cities in the world.

Amanda Truman, product manager for the Leisure Pass Group, said it was fantastic to be nominated for such a prestigious award.

"London is such a fantastic destination with a huge diversity of attractions and experiences for the visitor so we are very proud to be considered as one of the best tourism experiences in London," she commented.

Some of the attractions featured on the London Pass include the Tower of London, Windsor Castle and London Zoo.

Meanwhile, those judging at this year's event include Amy Adams, travel editor of TNT Magazine, Bob Cotton OBE, chief executive of the British Hospitality Association and Gill Williams, travel editor of the Sunday Mirror.ADNFCR-1693-ID-18800081-ADNFCR
